About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Accountant to support a dealership group in performing simple auditing, reconciliation, and document matching functions. This is a hands-on, task-driven role focused on cleaning up accounting records within the PBS dealershipmanagement system.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and match backup documentation to financial transactions.
Apply payments, credits, and invoices within PBS system.
Reconcile outstanding accounts and clean up aging reports.
Support basic internal audit activities to ensure financial accuracy.
Collaborate remotely with dealership accounting staff as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
3+ years of dealership accounting experience.
Strong working knowledge of the PBS DMS platform (required).
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
Experience with remote accounting work is an asset.
Additional Information:
No management duties; this is an execution-focused role.
Hybrid or remote work schedule during regular business hours.
